The Foundation of Flawless Flooring: Self-Leveling Screed

Whether installing luxury vinyl planks (LVP), engineered hardwood, large-format porcelain tiles, or designer micro-cement, the finished floor is only as flawless as the subfloor beneath it. Uneven concrete slabs with humps, dips, or step-joints cause luxury vinyl joints to unlock, tiles to crack, and wooden planks to squeak or bow.

FloorLab is Gauteng's leading specialist in polymer-modified, rapid-hardening self-leveling screed applications for commercial and high-end residential projects.

Engineering Tolerance: SANS 10070 Compliance

According to South African National Standard SANS 10070, subfloors receiving resilient floor coverings (LVT/LVP) must not deviate by more than 2mm under a 3-meter straight edge (Class 1 Surface Regularity). Our laser-guided leveling teams achieve this exacting standard consistently across thousands of square meters.
